All payments must be in the form of a Money Order or Credit Card and must be received before the class date. Cancellations 24 hours or more prior to class date will receive a full refund less service charges. Less than 24 hour notice or NO-SHOWS ON CLASS DAY RECEIVE NO REFUND and will not be allowed to attend another class date in place of the date missed unless otherwise approved by the Instructor . There will be a service charge on all refunds of $15 for the flagging classes – Updated Nov 2010
Requirements for onsite training:
Companies or individuals requesting onsite training must provide a classroom environment free from outside noise or disturbances along with tables and chairs, adequate room for the number of employees and the instructors equipment. A clean blank wall must be available for over-head projection of slides and other course material. A minimum of 10 students will be required for on-site classes. An “On-Site” fee may be charged depending on location to cover travel and other expenses.
